In addition to banking routing numbers, routing transit numbers, RTNs, and ABA numbers, routing numbers are nine-digit numbers. Your financial institution is identified by this code, which varies based on where you started your account and the kind of transactions you do.

You can use your debit card details or a phone number you've registered through online banking to reset your password online if you forget it.

In order to receive your User ID back, you will need to get in touch with us directly. You can do this by phoning, messaging, or visiting any of our HCG Branches.

Changing the address HCG has on file for your accounts is simple:

Choose the "Customer Profile" option located at the top of the Customer Service tab in Online Banking. You will be able to view your personal data.

In order to change your mailing address:

  • Next to the Customer Address section, click "edit".
  • Put a checkmark next to the account or accounts that you want to modify.
  • Once your new address has been entered, click "next".
  • After making sure the new address is accurate, click "submit modifications".

International money transfers and self-service wire transfers are currently offered in every region.

In Internet Banking:

  1. Open PNC Online Banking and log in.
  2. Go to the Transfer Funds tab.
  3. Click on Send an International Transfer or Send a Wire.


Through the HCG Mobile App:
  1. Open the HCG mobile application.
  2. Select the Transfer tab.
  3. Select between sending an international transfer or a domestic wire transfer.
